Position Summary
Coastal Farm & Ranch is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Associate to join our in-store team. This role is essential in ensuring that merchandise is unloaded, stocked, and organized to support excellent customer service and overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities

Unload merchandise from incoming freight safely and efficiently.

Stock shelves, end caps, and promotional displays according to planograms.

Ensure backroom organization and cleanliness, maintaining inventory integrity.

Assist with pricing, tagging, and product rotation as needed.

Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and in stock areas.

Work closely with the Freight Lead and other associates to ensure timely and accurate stocking.

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers on the sales floor.
- Support seasonal and promotional merchandising efforts.
Work Environment

Fast-paced retail setting with physical demands, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
