Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Kill Devil Hills, NC. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, operate and maintain office equipment, and ensure efficient record-keeping. This role includes coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to maintain a productive and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, filing, and record management.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining office equipment and technology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or budgeting principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
