Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Kitty Hawk, NC. This on-site position involves overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient use of office equipment, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. The Office Manager will serve as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors while fostering an organized and professional work environment for the team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing day-to-day office tasks.
- Experience working with and managing Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and other administrative tools.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools, including spreadsheets, email management systems, and scheduling applications. Quickbooks Online a plus.
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
