Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: Supervises daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service. Assigns tasks, trains associates, and manages department goals to optimize efficiency and control costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management of team members.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security standards while monitoring KPIs.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, communicate updates, and foster teamwork.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Participate in safety investigations and incident reporting.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred three years of warehouse distribution experience and one year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
  
  

Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently sit, walk, stand, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in a warehouse setting with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
