Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a pharmaceutical and merchandise warehouse environment, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment through stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Utilize equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work environment to ensure product safety and prevent work-related injuries.
• Verify received products against documentation, noting damages or discrepancies.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment and understand English.
• Dependability, punctuality, and motivation to meet fast-paced distribution standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
• Experience with warehouse or distribution tasks and RF scanning equipment is a plus.
