Warehouse Associate / Order Picker

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Generalist responsible for performing various warehouse duties, including Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, and more.

Primary duties involve operating equipment such as order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts to pick, pack, and load products.

Additional tasks include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, recording daily activities, and supporting multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations such as picking, packing, palletizing, and loading products.
• Operate equipment including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and voice-command systems.
• Ensure products are stored correctly, with proper stacking and wrapping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas.
• Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, and perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs, crouch, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments, including freezers and perishable warehouses.
• Key competencies include trust-building, results-driven mindset, adaptability, and teamwork.
  
  

This role requires minimal experience, with 0-2 years relevant work preferred. The position supports a second shift, with a focus on safety and productivity in a dynamic warehouse environment.
