Traffic Control Flagger

Join a traffic safety team as a Protector, responsible for setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining safety at job sites.

No experience or degree needed; comprehensive training and support are provided. Key duties include following safety protocols, communicating with crew and supervisors, and ensuring equipment and vehicle safety. This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing or walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting 40–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outside for long durations, in traffic and changing weather
• Flexibility and punctuality
• Passing pre-hire screening, including drug tests
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct towards coworkers and the public
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $18.36 to $20.07, with overtime and pay raises in the first year
