Job Title: Pest Control Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Will be asked to be on-call 1 week out of the month doing night and weekend runs (commission)

Pay is $15/hour PLUS commission
Pest Technician
We are looking for a motivated, dependable Pest Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage a service route, build strong customer relationships, provide exceptional service, generate new business opportunities, and work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
● Base hourly pay starting at $15/hour or more, plus uncapped commission
● Biweekly pay via direct deposit
● Company vehicle provided (take-home vehicle)

Responsibilities
● Manage a daily pest control service route.
● Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
● Respond promptly to customer and office requests.
● Safely mix, handle, and apply pesticides in accordance with company policies, product labels, and all applicable laws and regulations.
● Accurately document services performed using company systems.
● Maintain company vehicles and equipment in proper working condition.
● Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
● Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, treatment plans, and scheduling.
● Work collaboratively with teammates while identifying opportunities to grow the customer base.
Qualifications
● Demonstrates a high level of accountability, responsibility, and professionalism.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Basic computer skills with the ability to read, write, and document service notes accurately.
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
● Must be at least 21 years of age.
● Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
● Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
● Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and at elevated heights.
● Comfortable working around stinging and biting insects and other pests.
● Ability to safely lift and carry equipment, including backpack sprayers weighing up to 70 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
