Ensure accurate documentation of shipping details such as weight, charges, and damages.
Collaborate with team members and resolve issues related to shipments, including damages and non-conformance.
Occasionally lift cases of varying weight and size safely.

Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents like work orders and bills of lading.
- Record shipping data for reporting and record-keeping.
- Communicate with representatives to address shipment issues.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Minimum six months warehouse experience, preferred experience with electric pallet jacks.
- Strong planning, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to safety standards.
