- Verify merchandise against shipments, inspect for discrepancies and defects.
- Stock shelves and utilize RF devices for inventory tasks.
- Assemble customer orders, enter data into computer systems, and manage returns.
- Conduct inventory counts, research discrepancies, and assist in inventory procedures.
- Operate power equipment like forklifts and reach trucks, ensuring safety compliance.
- Support training of new associates and perform related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions in English.
- Basic math skills, strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse workflows, computer skills, and safety standards.
- Ability to operate motorized equipment and participate in physical inventories.
- Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
