Backhauler/Unloader - In Training

Position Overview

Join a team dedicated to feeding communities by unloading trailers and breaking down food products to meet warehouse standards. As a Backhauler, you will work with 3-5 team members to receive, record, and organize pallets, operate material handling equipment, and ensure efficient warehouse flow.

Responsibilities Include

• Receiving products, recording codes, and breaking down pallets
• Compiling un-palletized items onto pallets
• Moving pallets from dock to designated aisles
• Operating electric pallet jacks, clamps, or sit-down forklifts
• Maintaining productivity to prevent backlog
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Ability to lift 60 lbs, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and operate equipment
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and organization skills
