The Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing auto services, ensuring exceptional customer service and shop performance.

  • Provide full leadership of the shop and team
  • Offer technical assistance and support
  • Assign daily tasks and review shop performance to meet goals and budgets
  • Oversee staffing and associate development
  • Maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • ASE A4/A5 Certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 18 years or older

Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership, technical knowledge, customer service orientation, and team management skills.
