About the Role
We’re actively growing and looking for future Retention Specialists and Senior Advisors. Every team member starts as a Debt Settlement Advisor. This is the foundation of our sales process and where you’ll learn how to engage clients, qualify leads, and help businesses in need. As a Debt Settlement Advisor, your role is to reach out to business owners, introduce them to our program, and pre-qualify them before transferring them to a Senior Advisor for a full consultation. We provide full training. No industry experience is required. Top performers in this role are earning $70K to $80K annually. This is the first step in a clear career path. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business owners using our dialer system
- Explain our services and how they can help resolve their debt
- Use scripts and qualifying questions to identify eligible clients
- Transfer qualified prospects to a Senior Advisor for a free consultation
- Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Track call activity and follow-ups using our CRM
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed. Must have the right mindset and drive
- Ability to work onsite. This is not a remote position

Pay range and compensation package
- Base Pay: $15.65 per hour
- Commission: $30 to $60 per qualified transfer
- Bonuses: Up to $400 per enrolled client
- Top performers earn $70k to $80K annually
