What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custom Vehicle Builder / Carpenter / Creative Fabricator position at Coastal Conversions?
Monday–Friday | No Nights | No Weekends
Build Something Different Every Week.
At Coastal Conversions, we don't build production-line RVs.
One week you might be transforming a cargo van into a luxury camper. The next, you're building a mobile medical clinic, a children's classroom bus, a custom jewelry boutique, a mobile office, a horse trailer living quarters, or a one-of-a-kind specialty vehicle.
Every project is custom.
Every day is different.
If doing the exact same thing every day sounds miserable, keep reading.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building things with their hands, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to tackle something they've never built before.
The ideal person enjoys figuring things out.
They're the type of person who says,
"Give me a minute... I think I know how we can make that work."
instead of "That's not my job."
We're a small team that works hard, laughs a lot, and genuinely enjoys coming to work.
No drama.

No yelling across the shop.
Just good people building cool things.
A great sense of humor is honestly one of the qualifications.
