In this position as an Industrial Electrician you would be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within a corrugated manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
- Controls including motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels added benefit not required
- Ability to run conduit, size circuits and breakers for machinery and building
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations. Follow NEC code guidelines,
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain inventory of electrical supplies and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and ariel boom lifts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues across facility systems and infrastructure
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical work, preferably in a manufacturing environment, corrugated experience a plus
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and motor controls. PLC programming a plus.
- Familiarity with 480V 3-phase systems and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Work in hot, cold, or noisy environments typical of manufacturing facilities.
