Established commercial concrete business in Georgetown, DE is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead small crews on commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong work ethic who excels at concrete forming, placing, finishing, and blueprint layout.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of up to 5 on commercial sites.
- Direct forming, placing, finishing, and curing operations.
- Read blueprints and perform accurate project layouts.
- Coordinate daily tasks to meet schedule, quality, and site safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and management.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of concrete experience (2 years leading a crew).
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
- Hands-on expertise in forming, placing, and finishing techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction-related certifications or relevant coursework.
