What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Foreman position at Poured Foundations of Delaware, Inc.?
The Project Manager has the primary responsibility to assist in all field operations to include, but not limited to, supervising the installation of concrete footer, foundation walls and form setting for residential and/or commercial jobsites.
Supervisor will work alongside the crew as well as plan, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of concrete crew. The Project Manager actively participating in the pre-construction phase, ensuring that the project meets scheduling/budget demands, safety and quality expectations, and are in accordance with Company policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
· Understand the project plans and specifications.
· Determine materials, equipment and, procedures required to achieve desired results
· Determine and abide by safety procedures based on job site conditions
· Supervise and train workers
· Efficiently carry out instructions/communicate and coordinate with
Supervisor, subordinates, contractors, vendors, and office staff.
· Travel to multiple locations and work overtime when required
· Valid driver's license. CDL is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in
state and federal laws in order to operate Company vehicles/equipment in
safe and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the construction industry preferred.
