We specialize in installations, enhancement projects, and year-round property maintenance—and we’re looking for a dependable, skilled Landscape Foreman to lead one of our Westerly-based crews.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–5 team members on commercial landscaping projects
- Execute job plans with precision, using equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and mowers
- Manage daily site productivity, project timelines, and material usage
- Train and motivate your crew while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets Coastal standards
- Communicate with clients and project managers as needed
- Troubleshoot job site issues and adapt to on-site challenges
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of landscaping experience required; at least 1 year of crew leadership preferred
- Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, grading, drainage, and hardscaping
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Organized, proactive, and confident in leading a small team
