Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Administer medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health routines.
- Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including observations and any incidents.
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards to protect both clients and yourself.

- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics and individuals with chronic conditions.
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures, post-acute care practices, and outpatient services is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in hospital medicine or emergency medicine settings is a plus, especially those involving Level I Trauma Centers or Level II trauma center experience.
- Familiarity with PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), OR (Operating Room) procedures, teaching hospital environments, or sub-acute care settings enhances your suitability for this role.
