Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Operate the Square POS system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while delivering outstanding service.
