My name is Keith Mirante. I own Coastal Chiropractic & Wellness in Madison, CT — one of the busiest chiropractic and TMJ specialty offices on the Connecticut shoreline. We see over 700 patients a week with a small, tight-knit team that takes a lot of pride in what we do.

I’m writing this ad myself because I’d rather you hear directly from the person you’d be working for than read a generic job description that tells you nothing about what it’s actually like here.

We’re looking for a FULL-time front desk team member to join our afternoon team. If you’re someone who values showing up, doing great work, and being part of a team that actually cares — keep reading.

WHAT I NEED

I need a reliable, sharp, people-friendly person to help run the front desk during our busiest afternoon hours — primarily Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, but can be flexible.

You’ll check patients in and out, answer phones, help with scheduling, process payments, and support the end-of-day close-out. The pace picks up fast in the afternoons, so I need someone who can stay focused, stay organized, and keep a warm smile on their face even when things get busy.

This is roughly 30-38 hours per week. It’s ideal for someone who wants meaningful, consistent full-time work — not a “filler” job, but a real role on a team that counts on you.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

I’m not looking for a perfect resume. I’m looking for a great person. Specifically, someone who:

• Shows up. On time. Every shift. Without excuses.
• Is warm, professional, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
• Doesn’t need to be micromanaged. If you see something that needs doing, you do it.
• Can handle a fast pace without getting flustered.
• Takes pride in doing things right — even the small, routine stuff.

Healthcare or front desk experience is a bonus, but it’s not required. Attitude and reliability matter more than any line on a resume.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday(7:30AM to 4PM), Tuesday 12-6PM, and Friday: 6:45AM to 10:30/11AM
