Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at CCHC Orthopedics. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support as they navigate their healthcare journey.
Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations with professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Handle medical collections and insurance verifications accurately.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Utilize EMR systems to document patient interactions effectively.
• Provide administrative support as needed to enhance office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems (e.g., Epic).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and medical billing is preferred.
