Coastal Career Academy is seeking a motivated and energetic Nurse Assistant Training Instructor for an immediate hire opportunity. The instructor will provide hands-on skills instruction and demonstrations in a laboratory setting while supporting students throughout their training experience.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate nurse assistant skills and procedures in a laboratory setting
- Supervise and guide students during hands-on practice
- Assist students in developing safe and effective patient care techniques
- Maintain an organized and professional classroom/lab environment
- Monitor student participation and provide feedback
- Support student success and professional development
Requirements
- Active nursing license preferred
- Experience in long-term care, patient care, or nurse assistant training preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during instruction
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
