Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supervise crew and assign daily cleaning duties
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policy
- Experience in janitorial/housekeeping
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Able to lift 25lbs and perform physical tasks
