We are seeking a top-tier, highly skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team of professional craftsmen.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Auto Body Technician with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive set of personal tools and a commitment to high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs. You will be compensated with a reliable hourly wage, not flat-rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural, sheet metal, and plastic repairs according to OEM standards.
- Utilize frame machines and measuring systems for precision alignment.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components with accuracy.
- Review damage reports and plan efficient repair sequences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in auto body collision repair.
- Must own a complete set of professional auto body repair tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Active I-CAR and factory OEM certifications are not required, but highly preferred and financially rewarded.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
