Coastal Bath Company is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team! This is primarily an inside sales position — not customer service. Success in this role requires a sales-focused mindset: you'll connect with homeowners over the phone, spark interest in our services, and set up consultations for our design team. What You'll Do:
- Make and take calls with homeowners, both inbound and outbound
- Handle objections and build trust to book consultations
- Keep accurate records in our CRM
- Complete paid training and apply it on the job
What We're Looking For:
- A sales-driven mindset — comfortable persuading and closing, not just assisting
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable handling objections and thinking on your feet
- Reliable and coachable
