- Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service
- Schedule maintenance, service, and installation appointments
- Communicate appointment updates and information to customers
- Assist with dispatch coordination and daily office operations
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
- Help create a positive experience for every customer interaction
- At least two years of previous customer service or call center experience
- Experience in the service industry is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a busy environment
