- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- NATE Installation Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and low-voltage wiring
- Ability to test, commission, and balance HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical job duties
- Install residential heating and cooling equipment according to company standards
- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Perform system startups, testing, and balancing
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Assist with training and supporting less experienced installers when needed
