About the Role
We are currently hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians to perform residential and light commercial maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
You will work on a wide range of systems, including:
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Gas furnace/AC systems
- Package units
- Light commercial systems

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
- Inspect, clean, and optimize system performance
- Work on air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and package units
- Diagnose system issues and perform repairs
- Handle both basic repairs (capacitors, contactors, thermostats) and advanced repairs (coils, compressors)
- Identify refrigerant leaks and system inefficiencies
- Understand and work on:
- 1-stage systems
- 2-stage systems
- Variable speed / communicating systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendations
- Offer solutions for repairs, IAQ, or system upgrades when appropriate
- Deliver a professional, 5-star customer experience every time
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person
- EPA Certification (Required or willing to obtain quickly)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Must own (or be willing to acquire) a complete set of HVAC tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High standards of workmanship and integrity
