FULL-TIME DELIVERY DRIVER
Job Overview
Delivery driving throughout Santa Cruz, San Jose and Monterey counties. Warehouse duties include: maintaining clean warehouse, pulling/picking delivery/order tickets, unloading freight trucks and containers. Coast Paper & Supply Inc. is open for business weekdays, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers across designated routes
- Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and timeliness
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for all shipments
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status or issues
Requirements
- Hold a valid CA driver’s license and possess a clean DMV record.
- Be able to drive a 16' Box truck
- Demonstrate professional behavior with excellent customer service attitude.
- Be able to lift 55lbs or more repeatedly.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and aptitude.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
