This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Loan Processor. The role is based in Anaheim, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Senior Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan documentation, preparing loan files for underwriting, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, and supporting the timely and accurate processing of loans. This position will also involve frequent communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process from application to closing.

• Proficient in Loan Documents and Loan Processing, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of Loans and associated industry practices
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal/external teams effectively
• Experience with Underwriting processes and understanding of compliance regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools
• Minimum of 2-5 years of loan processing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
