Construction Project Manager

Position Key Responsibilities

· Position demands a hands-on leader who can navigate all aspects of high-end residential construction as well as specialized renovation projects

· Serve as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors and the office team

· Oversight of daily project operations and field execution including project quality, site readiness, material & subcontractor coordination and safety compliance

· Lead by example to motivate subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and professionalism on every job site by clear, respectful communication; ensuring a seamless construction experience

· Read & interpret plans and specifications accurately

· Maintain clean, organized and secure job sites

· Proactively address construction challenges and provide solutions to keep the project moving forward efficiently

· Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication between the field and the office team

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of field-based construction management and site supervision experience; custom, high-end residential construction preferred

· Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials and techniques

· Ability to read architectural and engineering plans and manage and/or provide solutions to technical project details

· Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency, commitment and follow-through is a must

· Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills; able to hold teams accountable

· Must possess a truck, a valid driver’s license and be willing to commute to job sites as required

· Salary for the full-time position: $75,000 - $90,000/year
