Location: Mulberry, Tampa, Ellenton but travel for sales will be necessary in the area and you may need to travel to our Palmetto office on occasion for meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other industry professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction industry.
- Provide expert advice on concrete products, applications, and pricing.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete sales, construction materials, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of concrete products, applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid clean driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
