Client Services Manager

We are locally owned with over 200 years of combined professional experience in the industry. We seek an experienced sales professional for caregiving services, provided by Home Care Aides. This role is primarily in the field building and maintaining relationships, with some other office and work from home days.
COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $200,000, with combined base and commission. Base salary range will be commensurate with sales experience. Uncapped commission plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase client referrals in assigned territory by marketing services to hospitals, physician offices, long term care facilities, hospice, home health care, B2B sales and marketing, legal and financial referral partners in the field.
Initiate, build and maintain trusting relationships with existing and potential referral sources.
Promote and sell services of Coast Care Partners by building relationships with healthcare ecosystem, legal and financial professionals.
Meet individual revenue goals.
Complete SAP (strategic account plan) and utilize data to organize and manage territory, drive strategy and report progress.
Support initiatives that impact referral development. Enhance sales efforts by providing input into development of new tools and messaging to external audiences.
Remain knowledgeable of home care regulatory requirements. Stays abreast of laws and regulations impacting referral partners’ use of services.
Identify educational opportunities. Assist with coordinating or delivering educational presentations to referral partners.
Support community outreach opportunities as appropriate.
Joint market with field clinicians or clinical managers to leverage and build relationships with medical community
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent years of working experience
Strong proficiency with sales and CRM software
Ability to travel in the field 70-80% of the time.
