POSITION OVERVIEW


 As a Senior Certinia PSA Consultant, you will be a pivotal leader in the successful implementation and optimization of Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions. You will leverage your deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and Certinia applications (including foundational knowledge of Certinia Financial Management) to guide complex projects from initiation through to successful deployment. This role requires strategic thought leadership in re-engineering core business processes and translating sophisticated client requirements into scalable technical architectures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Complex Implementations: Direct and own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex Certinia PSA implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide expert guidance, oversight, and mentorship to junior consultants and technical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, high-quality deliverables, and continuous professional growth.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Drive the design and configuration of the Certinia PSA solution, focusing on scalability, system performance, and integration within the broader Salesforce platform and other enterprise systems.
  • Project Governance: Oversee all aspects of the solution delivery life cycle (planning, design, development, testing, deployment), ensuring robust project governance, proactive risk mitigation, and comprehensive status reporting to executive sponsors.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Maintain and disseminate expert-level knowledge of the latest Certinia PSA, Salesforce core features, and industry-specific PSA best practices to the internal team and clientele.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 7   years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • One or more of the following Certinia certifications: PSA Implementation Consultant, PSA System Admin.
  • Managing Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
  • Producing integrated solution architecture with Certinia PSA.
  • Configuring packaged solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Compensation at Coalescence Cloud Consulting varies depending on various factors, such as role, skill set, and level of experience.
