Job Summary:
We are seeking a collaborative and relationship-driven project professional with experience supporting Transmission and Substation initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to support projects involving transmission lines, substations, and large generator interconnections. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of T&D projects, including transmission line and substation initiatives
- Assist with projects involving large generator interconnections when applicable
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners
- Provide clear and consistent project communication, updates, and documentation
- Support business process improvements and system transformation initiatives
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools
- Participate in project meetings and ensure alignment across project teams
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting or managing T&D-related projects
- Background working with transmission lines and/or substations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Microsoft Teams
- Outlook
- Excel
- Word
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large generator interconnection projects
- Experience with Oracle Unifier and/or Oracle Fusion
- Experience supporting business process improvement or system transformation initiatives
