- Maintains safe, orderly, and well-supervised campuses during administrator absences.
- Ensures timely response to student discipline, attendance, and behavioral issues.
- Supports instructional continuity by maintaining daily oversight of teaching and learning activities.
- Reduces disruption to school climate and staff operations caused by prolonged administrative vacancies. Compensation would be limited to days worked. The use of Substitute Administrators directly supports student achievement by ensuring consistent leadership and supervision at school sites.
