Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Charter Sales Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives within the transportation industry, with an emphasis on our IL market. We are looking for an outgoing and proactive individual with a proven track record in sales, who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will develop and maintain connections with clients to understand their unique bus charter needs and provide tailored solutions that ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to strategize and execute initiatives aimed at achieving specific sales targets and quotas. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you present bus charter options with potential clients. We value detail-oriented professionals who can effectively manage multiple accounts while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Primary Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their transportation and charter needs, providing tailored solutions that align with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic relationship-building with both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, tour and travel, operations, and safety to ensure seamless execution of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, activity reports, and sales performance data in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, resolving client concerns promptly and maintaining strong long-term partnerships.
  • Manage time effectively to balance multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent follow-up and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information, including operational and personnel matters.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and expos to promote brand visibility and expand the client base

Capabilities And/or Experience Required

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally within the transportation, hospitality, or related service industry.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present information clearly, persuasively, and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with computer systems and software, including the ability to quickly learn and navigate internal tools and platforms.
  • Inside sales focused on phone and email communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Mastering the company’s quoting and order management systems, developing a deep understanding of internal processes and workflows.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven personality with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through.
  • Ability to effectively present to and communicate with managers, clients, and large groups.
