Coable Home Care, Inc. is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Caregiver to join our team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing quality care and is committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Position Details

• Position: Experienced Caregiver
• Schedule: Daily, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Availability: Must be dependable and consistently available during the scheduled hours
• Location: Indianapolis, Greenwood, Camby, Plainsfield, Mooresville
• Employment Type: 30 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities and emotional support 
• Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate
• Follow the client's care plan 
• Communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for the client
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• Current CPR certification required
• Dependable and punctual
• Caring, patient, and respectful
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and follow a care plan
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background and employment screenings
