CO2 Monitoring LLC is looking for an Accounting Assistant! We are a CO2 manufacturing and installation company based out of Las Vegas, NV. Our company manufactures and installs CO2 monitoring systems that provide a safe environment by preventing and protecting against potential health risks caused by the leakage of CO2.
We are looking for an organized, efficient Accounting Assistant with an eye for detail and an elevated level of accuracy. The Accounting Clerk can expect to handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments, assist with database and record maintenance, and ensure that the office operations are running smoothly. You should be professional and courteous with strong computer skills and a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles.

General Role and Responsibilities:
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
- 3-way matching for vendor invoices-preparing for payment
- Business License filing
- Preparing monthly statements for customers
- Light collections
- Recording information, processing, and filing forms
- Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles
- Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong phone skills. / Investigative personality
- Computer skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to learn new skills effectively and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus but not required
