What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Account Representative position at Co-Op Credit Union?
We are excited to announce the opening of our Neillsville branch in 2026 and are seeking a dedicated Member Account Representative to join our team and help establish a welcoming environment for our members. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships within the community.
As a Member Account Representative, you will serve as a trusted liaison between members and the credit union. Your responsibilities will include assisting members in person and over the phone, providing information on our full range of products and services, and opening and maintaining share accounts and consumer loans. You will play an important role in helping members achieve their financial goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and provide accurate information.
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
- Previous experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
