We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our Neillsville branch in 2026 and are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to lead this new location and help shape its success. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence and strengthening our commitment to the community.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and ensure exceptional service for our members. You will also assist members with their financial needs, including consumer and real estate lending solutions, helping them achieve their goals and improve their financial well-being.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Sound decision-making abilities and a commitment to member service.
- Experience in financial institutions, lending, and team leadership is preferred but not required.
