As a Business Development Representative on our team you will: Research potential leads using internal tools, online databases, and industry resources. Make outbound calls and send prospecting emails to engage potential customers. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. Learn to tailor messaging to different audiences and industries. Support campaign execution by following up on marketing-generated leads. Track and report on outreach activities and response rates. Use AI-driven prospecting tools to streamline lead research and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prospecting to sales conversations. Participate in training to build skills in prospecting, sales messaging, and industry knowledge. Enthusiasm for learning about sales, business development, and customer acquisition. Comfort with learning new technology, including CRM and AI-powered outreach tools. A growing interest in how AI and data can improve lead targeting, outreach efficiency, and conversion rates. Curiosity to research industries, companies, and decision-makers. Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet outreach goals. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor. It would be a plus if you also had: A Bachelor’s degree. Some (1 year) experience in customer outreach, lead generation, or sales. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
