You have: Fluent in English (B2 required) – verbal and written communication. 1.5 years of experience in a sales support, renewals, customer success, or account management role. High school diploma, mandatory Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Experience managing sales forecasting Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior success in the achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals. Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions. Background in B2B client-facing roles. Familiarity with sales or renewals metrics and reporting tools. You will: Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunities Provide an accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager Location: CRI Work-at-Home Language Requirements: English (Required), Spanish (Required) Time Type: Full time Mission: Hi, we're Concentrix.
