What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, expanding adoption of CNP’s full portfolio of IT and communication solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations of CNP’s value proposition to executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
- Partner with marketing to promote customer attendance at events, webinars, and vendor-sponsored programs
- Maintain deep knowledge of CNP’s Tier 1 products and services to position their value effectively
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation
- Accurately track pipeline, forecast opportunities, and manage customer information in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of proven success in IT sales (infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, or unified communications preferred)
- Strong ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close complex, solution-based sales
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts in diverse industries
- Consultative sales approach with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with high energy, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools
