Customer Success Specialist

Target Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 OTE
Overview
CNP Technologies is seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Success Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in account management, customer engagement, and revenue generation within the IT services space.
You will be responsible for a defined set of primarily transactional accounts, ensuring customers are supported, opportunities are captured, and no revenue is left on the table—while identifying opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 100–150 customer accounts with consistent engagement
- Identify and act on transactional sales opportunities (renewals, add-ons, upgrades, small projects)
- Respond quickly to inbound customer and internal requests
- Generate quotes, follow up on opportunities, and help drive deals to close
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity data in CRM (ConnectWise)
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on complex opportunities
- Ensure full coverage across assigned accounts
- Proactively engage customers to uncover needs and opportunities
