What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at CNHES Inc.?
This is a temp. assignment schedule to go 3-4 weeks and may be extended .
You will be the first point of contact for the dept. taking incoming calls and assisting walk-in customers .
You'll work with a multi line phone system , forwarding calls and taking messages as needed .
( Average call volume is 20 /- calls per day )
You'll also assist walkin customers and provide additional admin. support as needed ( Filing , data entry ).
Hours 8:30 am -4:30 pm , Mon.-Fri.
Pay rate 20.00 hr.
Business casual work environment , jeans on Fridays !
