Job Purpose
The CASE Construction Business Manager is strategically engaged with the key assigned CASE Construction Independent dealers to improve CASE Construction sales volume/margin. Our team is seeking an influential and persuasive individual who has strong financial acumen and customer relations experience.
Key Responsibilities
The annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.

The CASE Construction Business Manager is strategically engaged with the key assigned CASE Construction Independent dealers to improve CASE Construction sales volume/margin. Our team is seeking an influential and persuasive individual who has strong financial acumen and customer relations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure accountability with indirect team members to achieve consolidated goals.
- Purposeful interaction to build & cultivate relationship with dealers customers (internal/external).
- Create & drive sales strategy for assigned dealer(s).
- Execute dealer business planning.
- Participate in and or drive end use customer activities.
- Deploy resources to meet dealer/customer needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree with at least six (6) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales OR
- Associates’ Degree with at least nine (9) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales OR
- HS Diploma with at least twelve (12) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
- Only candidates living within the State of Florida will be considered for this position.*
