We are currently hiring a Continuous Improvement Project Leader to support our CNH Business Systems implementation. This role is based out of our New Holland Hay Tools plant in New Holland, Pennsylvania.
Main duties are:
- Implement manufacturing process improvements aligned to CNH Business Systems, including identifying
opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction and quality improvement.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert that provides leadership to teams on sophisticated assignments.
- Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Works closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conducts root cause analysis and implements process improvements across the business or organization.
- Drives efficiency and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives.
- Works on broader projects that require a strong understanding of the business.
- Coaches project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives.
- Initiates and leads projects that improve end-to-end processes: setup, validation, and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required; Engineering, Business or other relevant discipline preferred.
- 9 or more years of experience to include demonstrated continuous improvement project experience
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
