Accounts Payable Representative

CNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries, including dental, defense, and aerospace. The 37,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry’s most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and experience using QuickBooks. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and verified. 

 Responsibilities

• Process and record all accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Verify receipt of goods and services and match packing slips to corresponding invoices.
• Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and statements.
• Ensure payments are processed according to company policies and vendor terms.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable activity.
• Assist with resolving discrepancies or issues with vendors.
• Assist with month-end close by ensuring that all vendor invoices are received and all credit card charges have supporting documentation.
• Support general accounting functions as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable is required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with EstiTrack and/or MISys is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Other Details

• On-site position
• Part Time, approximately 24 hours/week.
• Pay rate based on experience  
• Eligible to participate in the simple IRA plan and employee assistance program.
